As of now, Beijing ports have recorded over 1.17 million foreign arrivals this year, marking a 39.3% year-on-year increase. Among these, more than 600,000 foreign nationals entered under visa-free and 240-hour temporary entry permit policies, nearly doubling the figure from the same period last year.

The Beijing Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection Station (BEIETS) released the above information on the 27th. According to the report, as of that day, the total number of people entering and exiting Beijing ports this year exceeded 8 million, a year-on-year increase of 22.1%. Among them, the number of foreign nationals entering and exiting reached nearly 2.3 million, a year-on-year increase of 39.3%, accounting for 28.6% of the total number of people entering and exiting.
